We want you to love your Texture Haus piece — every item is thoughtfully crafted to bring character and beauty into your space.

All Sales Are Final
Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges. We put great care into making each item, and small variations in color or texture are part of what makes them special.

Something wrong with your order?
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong thing, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Just email us at orders@texture-haus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll take care of it.

Refunds (if needed)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to show up depending on your bank.
